General and getting started

Longevix MD connects you with board-certified providers licensed in your state for weight loss, hormone, longevity, sexual health and peptide therapy. You complete an online intake, a licensed provider reviews it, and if treatment is appropriate, medication ships from a US-licensed pharmacy.

Yes. Every prescription is issued by a licensed provider after reviewing your intake, and every medication is dispensed by a US-licensed pharmacy. Nothing ships without a valid prescription.

Most patients complete intake in about five to ten minutes. You will answer questions about your health history, current medications and goals so your provider has what they need to make a safe decision.

Not usually. Your provider reviews your written intake and, where your history calls for it, may follow up by message or a brief call before prescribing.

Coverage depends on where your provider is licensed and where compounding pharmacies can ship. Your intake will confirm availability in your state before you pay for anything.

Yes. Many patients use Longevix MD alongside their primary care provider. Tell us about your other treatments and providers so we can check for interactions.

Provider review and prescriptions

Most intakes are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a message as soon as a decision is made, whether that is an approval or a request for more information.

If your provider determines treatment is not clinically appropriate, you are not charged for medication and your visit fee is refunded in full. They will explain why and, where possible, suggest an alternative path.

Yes. Every intake is reviewed individually by a licensed provider. Nothing is auto-approved, and no prescription is issued without that review.

Yes. Ongoing messaging is included with every plan so you can report side effects, ask questions or request a dose adjustment between scheduled reviews.

It depends on the treatment. Hormone therapy generally requires bloodwork. If labs are needed, your provider will tell you exactly what to get and how to submit results.

Board-certified physicians and licensed nurse practitioners, each licensed in the state where you are located, prescribing within their scope of practice.

Shipping and delivery

Once your prescription is issued, treatment ships free from a US-licensed pharmacy and typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days.

Yes. Everything ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents, the pharmacy or the treatment inside.

Most shipments do not require a signature, but this can vary by medication and carrier. Tracking details are sent to you as soon as your order leaves the pharmacy.

Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate cold packaging and insulation. Refrigerate on arrival if your instructions call for it.

Yes, from your account before your next order ships. Message support if an order is already in transit and needs to be redirected.

Contact us right away with photos if possible. We will work with the pharmacy to replace it at no additional cost.

Billing and subscriptions

No. Longevix MD operates on transparent flat pricing that covers your provider review, medication and ongoing care. We do not bill insurance, which keeps pricing simple and predictable.

Most treatments are billed monthly on a recurring basis so refills and provider check-ins happen automatically. Your total is always shown before you confirm.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account with no cancellation fee. You will retain access to any medication already shipped, and no further charges will occur.

You are never charged for medication that is not prescribed. If a provider declines treatment, your visit fee is refunded in full.

Billing is processed through a secure payment provider. Longevix MD does not store your full card number, and your billing descriptor is discreet.

Yes. You can pause a subscription from your account and resume it later without redoing intake, subject to your provider confirming treatment is still appropriate.

Muscle & Strength

No. These medications prompt your own pituitary to release growth hormone in its natural pattern. Synthetic HGH replaces it directly and carries a different risk profile. Your provider will explain the distinction before prescribing.

Several of these peptides are prohibited by WADA and other sporting bodies. If you compete under anti-doping rules, tell your provider during intake. Do not assume a prescription protects you.

Most patients report changes in sleep quality and recovery first, often within a few weeks. Body composition changes take longer and depend heavily on training and nutrition. Individual results vary.

Usually yes. Your provider will typically want recent bloodwork including IGF-1 before starting, and may recheck it during treatment. If labs are needed we will tell you exactly what to get.

Hormone Optimization

No. Hormone therapy is not prescribed without recent labs. Your provider needs to see where you actually are before treating, and needs a baseline to monitor against.

It can suppress sperm production, sometimes significantly. If you may want children, tell your provider during intake. Enclomiphene and hCG exist partly to address this, and the plan changes accordingly.

Then your provider will not prescribe hormone therapy, and will talk to you about what else could explain your symptoms. You are not charged for medication that is not clinically appropriate.

Typically a recheck within the first few months and then at regular intervals. Your provider will set the schedule based on your treatment and history.

Weight Loss & Body Composition

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and contain the same active ingredient. They are not FDA-approved products and are not identical to brand-name medications. Your provider will discuss the differences with you before prescribing.

Most patients notice reduced appetite within the first two weeks. Meaningful weight change usually appears between weeks four and twelve as your dose is titrated. Individual results vary.

If your provider determines treatment is not clinically appropriate, you are not charged for medication and we refund your visit fee in full.

Your provider may request recent bloodwork depending on your history. If labs are needed, we will tell you exactly what to get and how to submit them.

Recovery & Repair

No. These are compounded preparations, not FDA-approved medications, and much of the supporting research is preclinical. Your provider will explain what is known and what is not before prescribing.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are prohibited under WADA rules. If you compete under anti-doping regulations, tell your provider at intake. A prescription does not exempt you.

Recovery protocols are usually run for a defined period rather than taken indefinitely. Your provider will set the length based on what is being treated and will review before any extension.

Yes, and in most cases you should. These protocols are intended to support rehabilitation, not replace it. Tell your provider what else you have in place.

Energy & Performance

Patients who respond usually report changes over weeks rather than days. This is not an acute energy product. Individual results vary and some patients notice little.

No. NAD+ metabolism is a genuinely active area of research, but claims that it slows or reverses ageing in humans run well ahead of the evidence. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

Often yes. They work through different mechanisms and are frequently used alongside one another. Your provider will decide based on your labs and history.

Your provider may request bloodwork to rule out the common causes of fatigue before prescribing. If labs are needed we will tell you exactly what to get and how to submit them.

Metabolic Optimization

Protocols for this category are being added. In the meantime your provider can review metabolic markers as part of a weight loss or body composition consultation.

Fasting insulin, HbA1c and a full lipid panel are the usual starting point. Your provider will confirm what they need based on your history.

No. Insulin sensitivity and metabolic flexibility vary widely among people at a healthy weight, particularly with age and training load.

Sleep & Recovery

Protocols for this category are being added. In the meantime your provider can discuss sleep as part of any consultation, since it affects every other protocol we offer.

Possibly. Sleep apnoea, restless legs and some mood conditions need proper assessment and may need an in-person referral. Your provider will tell you if that is the right next step.

Sleep affects recovery, hormones and body composition, so it is worth raising in any consultation. Tell your provider everything you are taking.

Sexual Health

No. Shipments arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or the pharmacy, and your billing descriptor is discreet.

Not in most cases. Your online intake covers cardiovascular history and current medications, which is what a provider needs to prescribe safely. You may be referred for in-person evaluation if your history calls for it.

Often yes, but it depends on which one. Nitrates are an absolute contraindication. Alpha blockers require dose separation. Your provider will review your full medication list.

Message your provider. Dose adjustment, switching agents, or investigating an underlying cause such as low testosterone are all normal next steps.
