Education, before anything else
Sermorelin, tesamorelin and CJC-1295/ipamorelin do not put growth hormone into your body. They signal your own pituitary to release more of its own, in the pulses it would naturally use. That is a meaningfully different thing from injecting synthetic HGH, and it is why these require a provider rather than a supplement shop.
Tesamorelin has the strongest published data, specifically for reducing visceral fat. The others have real mechanistic support and long clinical use, but smaller outcome trials. We will tell you which is which rather than describing them all as proven.
None of these build muscle on their own. They support recovery, sleep quality and body composition so that the work you do in the gym produces more. If the training and the protein are not there, the protocol has nothing to amplify.
Active malignancy, certain retinopathies and some pituitary conditions rule these out. Your intake screens for them. If your history says no, your provider will say no, and you will not be charged for medication.

Common questions
No. These medications prompt your own pituitary to release growth hormone in its natural pattern. Synthetic HGH replaces it directly and carries a different risk profile. Your provider will explain the distinction before prescribing.
Several of these peptides are prohibited by WADA and other sporting bodies. If you compete under anti-doping rules, tell your provider during intake. Do not assume a prescription protects you.
Most patients report changes in sleep quality and recovery first, often within a few weeks. Body composition changes take longer and depend heavily on training and nutrition. Individual results vary.
Usually yes. Your provider will typically want recent bloodwork including IGF-1 before starting, and may recheck it during treatment. If labs are needed we will tell you exactly what to get.
